Signal was approached by Formglas to revitalize a tired brand. As the old Formglas logo still had strong equity around the world with clients, we opted to keep the logo structure and change the colours to a contemporary grey and apricot pallette. New secondary typefaces were adopted, along with the tagline "Shaping Possibilities" which speaks both to the malleable nature of Formglas products (virtually any shape is possible via a proprietary 3D modelling system) and forward-thinking view of the future.
Signal developed extensive brochures and ad extensions, all kept in-line with the revised brand standards.
One of the challenges Formglas faced initially was the inability to showcase new project work effectively. Signal developed a project sheet system that could easily be delivered electronically or by hand to potential clients.
Signal partnered with the in-house web team to develop a compelling look and feel for the Formglas website.

"Over the years, both at Formglas and elsewhere, I have interacted with many marketing and design firms, but I can honestly say that none offer a comparable attention to detail and genuine effort to understand the nature of my business. Roger demonstrates the capacity to quickly grasp the essential dynamics of my industry and the nature of relationships we form with our customers.
This is no small feat since we are in a unique industry serving a global market."
John Chettleburgh, Chief Executive Officer, Formglas
