Welcome to Signal Design. My name is Roger Heale and the work you see in the portfolio section was developed either for Signal Design or for OriginHR Canada (formerly RecruitAd Advertising), where I have been employed for the last 13 years as Art Director or Creative Director.

With close to 20 years in the design industry, covering both Corporate Identity, and Advertising and Design Communications, as well as specialized Employer Branding and Communications, I’ve managed to develop a well-rounded background in both print and web development and am capable of tackling just about any creative challenge you may be faced with.

Over the years I have been fortunate enough to work with many talented creative and technical professionals, and I am able to assemble a team specifically purposed for your project.
